All of the 1080 ti's have about the same performance, the only thing that really differs is the temperature. So this graphics card is really good.

Ya you should be able to fit it. But if it touches anything i would put a little piece of foam to help with the vibrations -

i would defenitly get the 1070 but if you have some extra cash get the 1080 or 1080 Ti when it comes out
