I recently built a new computer, it was fine for the first 4 days or so. No problems playing demanding games or any bench mark software.
Yesterday (1 pm), i was playing CSGO, when suddenly the PC just powered itself off (black screen, all fans off) mid comp match. I quickly rebooted the PC it was fine for about 5 more minutes and then it crashed again. It starting booting again powered of again (before the BIOS screen), did this a few times. Then it started back up in to windows, and powered off again. Finally i restated it and i was able to get back in the game, where i was banned for being gone so long.
The computer was fine till about 3pm, Playing dayz watch some youtube, ect. I went to play another comp game in CSGO, it was fine for the first 5 rounds. Then suddenly it just powered off again, it did the same fiasco that happened before. At this point i decided to start doing some tests.
I started with a windows memory diagnostics, which found no errors
I then assumed it was a PSU failure. So i used FUR mark and used the GPU and the CPU stress test just to run the computer at 100% to see if the power supply fails. This did nothing, the PC performed fine during this test.
I don't know what tests i can preform next to verify which piece of hardware is failing, But it always seems to be CSGO which causes the PC to crash in the first case.
