  1. It can't be shipped to Canada. And if i use a service such as Forward2me, the total price is just ridiculous. I want this keyboard, but I'm not willing to spend 160$ for it
  2. Hey! I'm looking to buy the logitech k780. I live in Canada and all the websites I visited show a standard us layout for this keyboard. I know there is a ISO version of it since I found some photos online. I believe they're sold in Europe or in the UK. And now, I'm on a mission to find one. The thing is, it's juste impossible to find! Even on ebay! Anyone knows if it's even distributed somewhere in Canada? Or if there's a website I could by it on? Thanks!
  3. Hi! I found this used pc on a website and was wondering if it would be good enough for a small home server? I would get rid of the HDD and GPU, and put probably two 2tb hdds in it. I would put freenas and I would only use it for backups, file storage, and if possible I'll be setting up a personnal cloud (with owncloud or something else). Most of the time, there will only be one or two users streaming or accessing files at the same time. motherboard ASUS P8H61 LGA 1155 Processor INTEL i5-2400 3.1GHZ 4CORE/4THREAD ram 12GB DDR3 1600MHZ gpu EVGA GTX 650 2GDDR5 HDMI (I'll probably unplug it) hdd 500GB 7200 RPM (I'll replace it with 2 2tb hdds or 2 1tb hdds) psu COOLER MASTER 500 WATT WINDOWS 10 PRO
  4. Thanks for your help! I like it a lot! But the prices are in US currency When I changed it to CAD, I took the time to see how much tax and shipping it would cost, and it's climbing up to 1000$ CAD... Maybe if we take out the gpu and keep the old one (a gtx 760) for now, it would be a good idea... and in 6-12 month, I'll just need to upgrade to a RX 480 or a gtx 1060. Is this a good plan?
  5. In fact, I'm doing this for a friend. We play Rainbow six siege a lot and his computer suck so bad. He has a amd a8-3870 processor, a gtx 760 and 8go of ram (ddr3 ou ddr2, not sure). What we know is that his computer has MASSIVE frame drop. Since the minimal spec for R6 says a gtx 760 is ok, I figure out that the real problem is his processor. At minimal graphics, he got 63,6 avg fps, 183,8 max fps and a LOW 1,3 min fps. I tried to play on his computer and its just horrible. He is on a budget. Lower $$ is better. He can go up to 1 000$ CAD maximum (900$ CAD would be better). In pcpartpicker, it means a price of 800-900$ since we have to pay for tax and shipping. If we change the entire computer but keep his gtx 760 and get, like many suggest, an i5-6500, 8gb of ddr4 and basic pc case/mobo/psu/etc, do you think it could be good enough to run R6 a minimal setting with decent fps? In a couple months, when he'll have a bit more money, he'll just upgrade his graphics card. We don't really want to wait for Ryzen since its a couple month away. His computer is just so bad... thanks all!
  6. I never bought anything on reddit, but I'll look it up! Thanks for the tip
  7. I'm trying to build a budget pc yeah... like a 825$ CAD pc (with tax and shipping it cost around 950$ so I don't really want to go higher than that). I've made a topic an hour ago on a specific build to get "appraisal", but I didn't get the G4560 suggestion yet! Here's what my build looks like for now https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/9Mk2Z8 I'll check that G4560 tomorrow, I'm in Belgium right now and it's 3 am! Pretty tired haha Thanks all for your help! It's really appreciated! I like how I can ask questions around here and there's always many people ready to help me out!
  8. Hi! I checked games fps comparison with these two processors (i3-6100 and FX-8350) and they're about the same in most game. I'd like to know why since the I3 has 2 cores at 3,7 ghz and the fx has 8 cores (4 physical) at 4 ghz. The FX also have more cache memory. The i3 have hyper threading... I'm really not an expert so if someone could explain that to me as simple as possible it would be appreciated
  9. Hey! Second build I post tonight, I'm trying some stuff and I like to get feedback about it! https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/9Mk2Z8 I'd be ready to go up by 50$ more maximum since I can't afford more... anyone sees how it could be better?
  10. Would it be worth? I suppose more VRAM doesn't necessarily translate to more performance, right? A gtx 970 4gb is better than a gtx 780 6gb even though it has less VRAM? (I don't know much about comparing pc parts )
  11. I must say I like this build a lot. It's actually better for the same price
  12. I think I'll just wait a bit for Ryzen since its around the corner...
  13. Hi! I'd like to have feedback on this build. I don't really want something overkill, just something decent! I'd like to keep it around this price (800$ CAD) since there will be tax and shipping cost... I went for micro atx and AMD since it's generally cheaper! https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/jbJcVY Thanks!

Well, sorry for you. Don't worry. Time will pass, you'll have new opportunities. Sometimes, to succeed, you must fail a couple times! One lost, ten found. I know you're not in the mood for that right now, but I think you should try to meet more girls in the future. It doesn't mean to ask any girl out! But by meeting new girls, you'll get better "social skills" with them! And if you get rejected a couple times, you'll start to realize it's not the end of the world. You may reject some girls yourself By the time, you'll get more confident, you'll start to learn what you like and doesn't like in a girl and you'll find the good one! Don't be traumatize by what happened, force yourself to meet new girls (get started with Tinder if you're scared of "real" girls!), learn that failure isn't that bad and develop social skills! If it scares you or are not confident about it, you should probably do it! And please, tell your "friends" how stupid they were. Don't let them get away with it without saying anything or else they might do stuff like that to you again.
  15. Thanks again for your answers! I live in Quebec city! Here's a link to pc offer on kijiji if you want to take a look http://www.kijiji.ca/b-ordinateurs-de-bureau/ville-de-quebec/c772l1700124?ad=offering When I check at all these offers, I don't see something that is "significantly" a better deal, considering I don't want to go over 900$-1000$ Is it just me or are they all a bit overpriced in my area? And yeah, I didn't turn toward new computer since tax and shipping cost aren't budget friendly... Thanks again for your feedback! @deXxterlab97
