The performance tab in task manager is a good way. That will tell us what CPU and how much RAM you have. Or you can click start, type in dxdiag and run that. The System and Display tabs will have all the info we need.

Would help to know your system specs as they currently are. We can't recommend an upgrade if there even is one in your budget if we don't know what you have.

That's because your VRAM is likely not enough. I can check my settings and let you know what everything takes. AA is also extremely taxing on anything beyond FXAA.

Go with the one @RaptorCandy linked. Great for what you need with a little room for upgrades later. Also lets you keep cable management simple by using only the cables you need which should be board and CPU power, as well as power for your HDD or SSD. The only issue I see here is the case which not only isn't going to allow you to use this power supply, but will not allow you to use a dedicated GPU. The website itself mentions the backplate being provided by an OEM and you won't be able to get one for your board. I would consider a different case. Also make sure that the motherboard supports the G4560 out of the box because it may not have an updated BIOS. I have built you a rig with PC Part Picker that should do the job with the parts you mentioned and added a case. They didn't have an identical GPU so I chose an updated version of it that is similarly priced. Noticed you didn't list an HDD/SSD. If you haven't gotten one yet, you could opt to go for an M.2 drive to minimize cable management needs and space as well. It isn't needed but will help. If not then go for a standard 3.5in drive or 2.5in drive of your choosing. Leaving them as they are won't affect anything.

You might want to get a more beefy air cooler or look into getting an AIO. Not much surface area on what you have to deal with the heat the OC 7700k generates. Something like the be quiet! Dark Rock or Noctua NH-D14 would be better as far as air and a Kraken x62 would be more than adequate for an AIO though you could go with some others that have similar specs.

I have drives sitting around that are over 10 years old and they work fine. If you're that worried about it though, just copy all of the data from them on to one large drive.

Why not just have them all connected? There are multiple SATA ports for a reason.

No because they only went back as far as Windows 7 and only for a limited time. You missed out on it. You aren't really getting MacOS for free either if you think you are. You pay a premium price for minimal performance difference compared to a PC that is cheaper. All for your aesthetics which don't mean shit compared to the use of the computer.

I don't have a prebuilt PC bud. I have a legit key. Accusing me of piracy is funny though. If you buy a prebuilt computer, whether it be a Mac or Windows, you get an OS with it that is included in the price. To buy it after the fact, it does cost money.
