It was gpu problem in mine, I booted in safe mode, disabled Nvidia and used a few months with only intel hd. Now I have returned it and I'm waiting for answer

i have the same problem with this laptop on 4k, but no technician i took it to, can install windows on it. all hardware tests are fine

Hi. They told me that hardware parts were fine as tested. But windows still couldn't install after couple attempts. They weren't sure but may be motherboard problem. I don't really know much but it seems at my country no technician can solve the issue.

windows doesn't finish installation, or when it installs and reboots, same problem occurs. i sent it to dell at my city, and will take it back tomorrow. As I sad, before this, i tryed others, they couldn't do anything, not win10, nor win7

win 10, i don't know much about tech. It was working very good, one day the cursor started slowing a bit, the other day this happened.

Hi, I used my laptop for two months for architecture purpose and was very satisfied. suddenly one day after waking from sleep, the screen was staying black. fans worked, backlit also. i force shut it down an when rebooting couldn't stat, i was left with an option to reset it to factory settings which i did. while windows was installing on 1%, a restart interrupted the installation. i went to a technician. they tested all parts and no issues found on hardware, but windows couldn't install. i dkn, what the problem is. two different techs couldn't figure it out
