  1. yeah they can skyrim with mods and shit can strain even high end systems
  2. i think ive found the issue just gonna confirm it. one of the mods im using affects citys and npcs with that disabled my frames where fine ill just reactivate it to confirm.
  3. mines 4th gen so im stumped on what the problem is
  4. do you think an i7 would bottleneck a 1060 though
  5. how could i test if my cpu is bottlenecking.
  6. I personally havent heard very good reveiws for the crystal 570x a good alternative to it would be the thermaltake view 71 tg. has as many glass panels as the crystal but more space for things like watercooling and could easily fit the air cooler you want
  7. so i recently upgraded from a 770 4gb to a 1060 6gb and all was going well. i tested it on the game i mainly play (skyrim). In outdoor areas i was getting 60 fps as apposed to 30 with the 770. problems arose however when i went into citys. with the 770 i would get 30 - mid 30s with drops to mid 20s but with the 1060 i get anywhere from 60 to low 20s. specs for my pc are in my signature and all drivers are up to date. also note im running about 100 mods with real vision enb.
  8. overkill is the beating heart of pc culture i have a 1060 6gb and use it for skyrim and youtube
  9. that is a fair point, any confirmed dates on release
  10. whys that. wont 1070ti be marked up in price
  11. looking at upgrading my 770 to something more up to date would like to know whats the best 1070 in terms of performance and ease to get a block for.
