  1. If everything cooperates with me, unboxing, building, installing windows and booting up, it takes about 2 hours I would say.
  2. Hey guys, I'm using FOG Project to install image on computers. However someone set this up for me so I just have to click install almost. Now I am trying to make a new image from a computer since the one who set it up is not around anymore. I'm following this guide: https://opensource.com/business/16/2/creating-disk-images-with-fog I'm at the step "Upload an image" but when I do that step I got stuck at "Unable to locate image store (/bin/fog.download). I have no idea how to solve this, I barely know anything about Ubuntu... Help is much appreciated.

New RAM not showing in system

You couldn't even enter BiOS? Btw, did you try to put the new RAM in the original slots, just to make sure the new RAM is working?
  4. Hey guys, I wanted to let you know that I got this to work! I used the method that @Ryan_Vickers mentioned. I exported the slides to separate jpeg files and put them on a USB and plugged it in to the tv and used the built-in functions to play it as a slideshow and set the timer to 15s, and now it's looping as I want it to! Thank you all for taking your time to help me out. This forum never lets you down! Edit: @FlappyBoobs mentioned it as well, thank you!
  5. If there's no way of changing the timer on the images it's no problem, as long as they are 15s as default, that's fine. Tomorrow wednesday, I'll maybe start trying these options out, and I'll come back to this thread wether I get it started or not. Thank you as well for the reply
  6. The transitions between the pictures are no big deal, it's just a bonus if that works. There are no animations on the pictures, only pictures and text. In worst case I guess I'll have to try the screen recorder option. Thanks for your help, much appreciated!
  7. Are you talking about the animations when it's changing picture? Raspberry pi might be an alternative. Using a screen recorder sounds like too much work for something so simple imo.
  8. Will it be able to repeat itself? Because as it is now it's running 24/7 which we want it to.
  9. Hey guys, I am working at a High school located in Sweden and we have tv's in our windows pointed out towards the public (the school is located very central) and we're using our 2 laptops for the 2 tvs we have to play a powerpoint as a commercial for the school. However, we bought 2 new LUXOR smart tv. My question is, is there anyway possible to play this slideshow on the tv without a laptop connected to the tv? If so, how can I do that? I would be very grateful for help, thank you!

    What drivers to update?

Hey guys, I frequently clean my computer by removing stuff I no longer use, files, programs, games etc. I also update my drivers whenever promted to, SteelSeries (mouse and headet), Corsair (keyboard) and Nvidia (GPU ofc). But except those 3, what kind of drivers are there more I should update? I've never really thought about this, but could you let me know if there's any more drivers you should have up-to-date?
  12. Hahahaha I love how you just had to mention that! Unfortunately I can't answer your question.

    Computer completely freezing sometimes

Hey sorry for the late reply, I did step 3 in this guide (https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-windows-10-freezes-locks-up-randomly-easily/). I also unplugged that bad hard drive. I've been playing The Division for 6 hours straight and it hasn't frozen on me yet. I don't know what solved it actually. I just hope it stays this way!
