  1. Hey I think this should be good for what you want to do the CPU will allow you to do some photo editing and combined with the GPU will allow you to play the newest AAA games at very good graphical setting. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/FMsp7h msg me if you have any questions.
  2. Hey, I'm building a beastly editing and productivity PC and i wanted to know all of the cables i would need to connect all of my components up. Here is the PC https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/prZmTH and here is the PSU https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00SGW51I0/?tag=pcp0f-21 - Thanks
  3. My budget of the system is around £5,000 the specs are 1080ti, Ryzen 1800X the resolution would be 4K footage and it would be edited in Adobe Premiere
  4. Hey was wondering how much ram is the sweet spot for video editing / video rendering?
  5. To be honest there is not much of a budget as this is for my job (I am a freelance videographer) I need to get the best times possible to get the videos out to clients as quickly as possible.
  6. I want to upgrade my GPU and I was wondering when the GPU prices are going to drop back to normal?
  7. Hello I make music and i need some studio monitors please could you guys recommend some that are good (IDK how much they cost)
  8. It's not very common to receive parts that are DOA but if they are you can easily contact the manufacturer or failing that you can just contact the distributor.
  9. Performance is good but to me, i would trade 10 fps for a higher resolution. Put it like this you get with a 1080 TI 1080p @ 75fp or 2160p @ 60fps to me the 2160p seems like a better deal but you know it's up to you
  10. Sounds like a good plan but it it was me i would get a 4k monitor, No you wont get as many fps but it will still get around 60fps on ultra. Skip the video to 5:20
  11. Found It http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S59932698/
  12. Overall your build is quite the little beast and could easily handle games at 4K Ultra Here is the desk I use it's really big and lots of draws to store stuff http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/desks/desk-computer-desks/alex-linnmon-table-white-spr-59932698/ not 100% sure if it's available in the USA
  13. It might be a good idea to watch this video about Grounding yourself (By ya boi Linus)
  14. Even though AMD has tried hard intel still has the best gaming performance.
  15. The S340 Elite would work here i changed it for you. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PR3Wqk
  16. Looks good apart from the GPU is to long for the case so you will have to take out some drive cages but that might be a big problem and if you want some nice cables to go in your pc try this website https://cablemod.com/introducing-cablemod/
  17. It's a good idea to ground yourself before building because you might break a component via a static shock the best way to do this is via getting a strap and attaching the crocodile clip to a screw on your case or what i like to do is put it on a screw on your psu.
  18. Lots of new builders don't know about static electricity so they break their parts this way (by being careless)
  19. Try this (Tweek it if you need) https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BhwDgL
  20. If you need help just ask I won't bite, I Promis.
