  1. It's true. They aren't worth the $19 USD per fan, but Linus has raved about them for years and I wanted to see what the deal was. They are noticeably quieter than the stock corsair fans as well, though I think that was the sound dampening from the rubber grommets.
  2. I've got an overclocked i7-7700k at 4.78Ghz stable with an H100i v2. I swapped out the Corsair fans for two Noctua NF-F12's and set the pump to run full speed 24/7 but the fans I set at a static speed of 50% so that I can't hear them. On any game and most synthetic benchmarks I wont see a temp about 65c. I've got the fans set to a push (blowing out) configuration and 3 other corsair case fans pulling air into (pull) the system. It is by far the most stable case cooling setup I've ever tried in 20+ years. With sales and tax the total cooling system was less than $140usd.
  3. I agree! I think the viewers are invested and we all want LTT to succeed. Seeing how that's done is both interesting and informative.
  4. I'd really like to see an in depth video one of these times about how the LTT business model works. How long do you keep the sponsored hardware? Is it gifted with certain restrictions or just loaned? If the items are typically loaned, how do you ship them back? Who pays for shipping and how long do you typically keep an item before the company wants it back? The nitty gritty details of your business are interesting. Please share.
  5. Which one was the all black keyboard?! That was quiet!
  6. Though I've seen lots of posts about people hunting for silent keyboards, and I've seen a few youtube videos that hint at a multiproduct review, I'd love LTT to do a review of all possible quiet keyboards to see who is the official silent champ.
  7. Friends and I play most evenings, but we are already deep into a few games. Drop your steam ID and Ill add you.
  8. Companies that produce AV software rely on capturing malware and viral software in the wild, so at the end of the day, the company that has the best research program, and data collection abilities will often win. https://cs.stanford.edu/people/eroberts/cs201/projects/viruses/anti-virus.html
