  1. It was only while i put some money aside for a decent graphics card to water cool. Waiting for some UV Leds to fit to my GPU block they were posted yesterday
  2. My system is now running windows 8.1 on a 120Gb ssd back up with a 1Tb sshd for most programs and games. Custom black and light blue cables from cablemod (24pin, 8pin eps, 6pin gpu, 8pin gpu) with some help of angled fittings i have managed to tidy up my tubing runs and add in my 980TI any improvements? i know ek sell UV led's that i can place into the bottom of the water block that would give its a nice reaction to the UV fluid, as its quite far away from the UV strip. I'm also keeping a eye out for the new primochill vue.
  3. I dont see a french car show sticker in that window :)

  4. Out of a 60gb SSD i got 23GB of free space that has my OS and firefox, and a few small programs there are plent of write ups to free SSD space.
  5. Update coming awaiting a few parts. seagate firecuda sshd 2m of tubing xspc uv blue cablemod custom cables ek replacement thermal pads and paste, spare gpu seal and terminal orings and a few angled fittings
  6. My vertical GPU mount installed and Palit 980TI FE is now in, its getting there next month hope to add it into my loop.
  7. Got my self a new keyboard to go with my new mouse, MSI DS200 Mouse and Cooler Master Masterkey Pro L RGB now to get a nice desk length mat. Also found my motherboard heatsink still had wrapping on it so peeled that off what a feeling Few pictures of my 980TI EK waterblock and backplate waiting inside the case, 980ti will be here in a few days and i'll be selling my 1050ti.
  8. Probably would be enough, i wanted as much radiator space to keep the fan speed down im sure it will make more sense once i have a 980ti in the loop as its very over kill for just my cpu. I've had a few blue screens so far up to 4.2ghz at 1.4volts and 1600 on memory if it does it again i would put my guess on something being oc by the 200blck isn't happy, so might have to lower that and up the multiplier as its a K chip
  9. Got some pictures today. One more EK F140 to go should turn up monday to complete my EK F1 set. Pictures of the cpu block and Res/Pump combo Update to CPU OC from 2.9Ghz to 4.2Ghz at 1.36volts 21 x 200 to get that, Ram 1600Mhz stock OC to 2000Mhz temps max out at 70c and idle about 35c. I have a deal for a 980 TI should be next couple weeks.
  10. oh really, such a shame as im sure it would of sold well.
  11. Update im am up and running here is my current set up Case - Cooler Master Pro 5 Radiatiors at the front Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper 360mm radiator at the top Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper 240mm radiator at the rear Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper 140mm radiator Fans at top EK vardar f1 120 x2 at rear EK vardar f1 140 at front Stock cm 140 x3 (would like 3x EK vardar f1 140 to replace these) Phobya PWM 8x 4-Pin Splitter CPU & Cooler Intel i7 875k & Alphacool NexXxos XP3 Acetal (Black) Ram 4x4=16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer Blue LED Motherboard Asus P7P55D-E Pro Res/Pump Combo Alphacool Eisbecher D5 with 150mm Acetal res Coolant Deionized water with Mayhem XT-1 Nuke UV Blue (roughly 1L) Tubing XSPC UV clear Blue 19/13 Lighting Cable mod hybrid 60cm kit RGB/UV strip & Alphacool 60cm UV ring collar GPU Asus strix 1050TI 4gb PSU EVGA Supernova 550 GS Full modular SSD SanDisk Ultra Plus (60GB OS drive) SanDisk Z410 (120GB) Toshiba (250GB) would like to remove the 60GB and use the 120 gb as OS and remove the 250gb and replace with a firecuda 1tb for games. I think i've listed it all im currently looking out for a 980ti so i can put a block on it and replace the 1050ti, as for overclock on the cpu stock 2.93ghz currently stable at 4.2ghz 27multiplier and 155blck at 1.40 volts hitting temps of 70c when using aida64 and memory oc to 1866mhz any advice is welcome will get some pictures uploaded, love seeing how well this old i7 is doing.
  12. Hey i was looking on the merch store but you dont seem to have the normal zip up hoodie you all wear, there is a random one that has the logo dead centre whats going clearly we all want the offical hoodie you use in the videos.
  13. Been awhile since i've posted but would like to update what has changed and where im at with my first loop. First of power supply I have a new fully modular power supply EVGA 550watt GS so im all set for custom cables and it has a nice eco mode to reduce fan noise on low use. Second fans with 3 more to go. I have one EK vardar f1 140 on the rear exhausting air, two f1 120's on the top exhausting air, and the stock cooler master fans 140 fans on the front atm. These are all running of a Phobya PWM 8x 4-Pin Splitter which is great. Third Ram The ram has been replaced with 4x4=16gb's of blue crucial ballistix tactical tracer at 1600mhz Fourth The gpu has been replaced with a Asus ROG Strix 1050ti 4gb oc to 1900mhz and 2002 mhz on the memory (i know its not able to be water cooled but it was £70 Brand new the guy brought it but it didn't fit in his case still had film and covers on it) I've also fitted a usb2.0 to usb 3.0 adapter so i can use the front usb ports on the cash, also moonson chain gun blue compression fitting and im now waiting my delivery of cpu block, pump and res and tubing. Not long now and it'll be ready.
