May have posted to wrong forum meant to post in troubleshooting

Anyone know how to force HDR when using a 2pc setup and Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2 as the capture card? Windows settings when the capture card is in use doesn't allow HDR but somehow Sekiro is able to force it on but no other games detect my monitor is even HDR. When monitor is not being duplicated HDR is able to be enabled but then I am unable to record/stream my gaming pc for obvious reasons unless there is a way to duplicate without doing it within windows settings/nvidia settings

When I open a game my background goes to 1920x1080 but this isn't reported anywhere I am using the Elgato 4k60mk 2 all of my screens are 1440p 144hz this causes my mouse sensitivity to be changed and the mouse cursor its self gets bigger this issue doesn't exist if I play in borderless windowed

whats weird is it seems to be in a middle point it will turn a quarter of a turn left and right

they dont move no matter how much force there is put on it

The back of the AIO has the screws covered by black pieces with small slits in the side. The screws only move a little left and a little right it seems they are locked somehow

I dont really think so it seems persistent in all the newer cods and has been reported for years.

sadly I dont think they will it has me debating downloading the crack even tho I own the software

This is a common issue it seems with cods when I search it with the new modern warfare, and it happens everytime I close the game not only after playing just opening and closing causes it

No just playing custom zombies with friends and its not a ddoss

This is going to sound stupid but I have tested it and it is very reproducible every time I close BO3 after playing custom zombies I have to restart my router because everything in the house gets disconnected and nothing has internet. What could be causing this?

it happens randomly itll come back immediately some times others hours down the line

I know i can kill the task but is there anyway to just perm turn it off?
