So I originally installed windows 10, and it was working mostly alright, but then I realized I installed it to my hard drive instead of SSD. So I tried booting off my usb with the install again and did everything as normal, except when it got to the part where the PC has to restart. After it restarts, instead of continuing the installation, it goes back to the beginning of the setup (image attached). Anyone have ideas?

No, my parents use it. Not sure how that would affect it because I have issues even when they aren't watching TV. (3 other PCs connected, but light internet use)

Recently I have been having ping issues in games. My ping now ranges from about 180-250 ms. I have an Eero mesh network, but don't have line of sight of my router or any of the Eeros. I have a WiFi dongle. This is what I have been using for the past year and a half, however my ping started acting up in the past couple months or so. What should I do to fix this issue?

In BF4, in all the menu screens my mouse and keyboard works fine, but when I spawn in, my mouse and keyboard don't do anything, and in the deploy screen my mouse can move and click stuff but the keyboard doesn't work at all. Seattle, this ping spike issue sometimes happens on the low ping servers too (probably LA)

My ping looks like this, either 37 or 104 ping on all servers. then I go into a game and it spikes to 220-250. Is there a fix? My internet is fine.

I keep getting a certain high ping across ALL servers on BF4, even ones that I normally get 50-60 ping on. Its a specific amount that changes every time I load battlefield, as I'm typing this its 242 on all the servers, except for 5 that have exactly 173. Also, on the country indicator, it puts a bunch of servers into random countries like South Africa, Russia, Czechia, etc. that I know are US servers. The former problem isn't just a visual glitch, I get minor rubber banding and feel like I really have 200 ping (which makes helis and jets unplayable.) Anyone got a fix?

I accidentally pressed something around the bottom left of my keyboard, and now my windows is in black and white what do I do?????

Hi, I'm trying to run a .jar file and its not working. I tried re-installing java and restarting. When I click it either does nothing or says its running and then stops, but no window pops up. Can somebody help?

I was playing GRW yesterday and it worked just fine, then I came back a few hours later and it starts freezing every half second, even on the menu screen. I tried disabling f.lux, radeon settings doesnt have a notification, I tried restarting, hard restarting, and launching from steam and uplay. Anyone have any help? Also CPU usage is maxed but I think its obvious its cpu because it does this on the menu screen.

I dont thing GRW has good enough graphics to completely justify the preformance, but the game looks pretty good... And Im not sure if I have free or G sync, but probably freesync because i notice monitors with gsync are labled with gsync on it so probably freesync

I currently have an rx480 and I am a Ghost Recon Wildlands and BF1 player. Im a fan of graphics and those two games are very taxing on my graphics card. I also had to refund Battlegrounds because it ran 30fps on medium and low looked like a slap-a-bunch-of-asset-packs-together unity game. I want to know if some of the more demanding games out there can run well on a 1070. Most of the games I want/play that are demanding. I have a 144 hz monitor at 1080p and graphics quality is important and I dont know if a 1070 is overkill since I dont play a lot of the popular benchmarking games so i dont have a feeling of how powerful it is. Also if someone could tell me how to switch brands with the different drivers and do I need G-sync?
