Hey! I just built a pc using and rx 470 and i5 2500 and my pc won't boot. But when I use my friends gtx 960 it will boot. Does my graphics card not support bios? And if not would you give me some comparable cards under 200 that do support bios?

I just built my computer and I have an i5 2500 and an rx 470 with a 430w power supply. It won't display anything. But when i take the gpu out it will boot on integrated graphics. I tested the GPU on my friends pc and it works. The GPU seems not to go all the way into the pcie split too and when ever I have a graphics card in everything turns on. Like the CPU fan goes on and everything lights up. Thanks
