  1. This happens during the startup animation with the SAMSUNG text =(. Any ideas?
  2. So my little brother was using his S7 and the app he was using crashed. He went back to the home screen, and then the right half of his phone screen turned to static. The touch screen still works perfectly, he can open apps, type text, etc. on the static side, the only problem is that the static on the right never goes away. I figured it was a software problem, so I deleted the app and restarted the phone. That didn't fix it. I tried doing a simulated battery pull (volume up + home + power), no luck. Then I booted the phone into safe mode, it still didn't fix it. The only thing I can of to do next is to factory wipe the phone, but my guess is that if the previous steps haven't worked then factory wiping it won't do anything either. I can't believe that all of this comes from one software crash, surely I'm missing something. Does anyone have any suggestions or any experience with these types of problems?
  3. How about when you aren't playing music? If they're speaking at an average volume, does it atleast significantly reduce the noise?
  4. I'm going off to college next year and I want to buy headphones that cancel noise so well that I can turn almost anywhere into a study area. I'd prefer if they were wireless and as long as they don't sound like ass they'll sound good enough for me. I just want extremely good noise cancelling. Right now I have the cowin E7's, and althpugh theyre great for filtering out stuff like an airplane or bus' hum, they can't block things like conversations, even from far away.
  5. What sorts of models of cases? Could you give some examples so that I can do some more research?
  6. I didn't mean a fury x, i meant one of these
  7. I know that R9 furys are really large cards, but would it fit in an optiplex? Does anyone know the amount of gpu clearance that an Optiplex 990 or 790 has? PCPartpicker lists the card as being 12.1 inches (307mm) long.
  8. I would but the client that you use to download it links the number of times you download to your organization-given email address, and you can only download once per email. I'd definitely sell them for like $2 each if I could tho that'd be dope
  9. My school is offering free copies of Windows 10 Education. I've never heard of this version of windows. Should I take it? Will it do anything weird to my computer or affect gaming performance? Thanks for any help
  10. So would something like this be good for replacing the broken glass? Also, how to I get the broken glass off?
  11. Hey all, My iPhone 5 has cracked glass on the touch screen, and touch doesn't register properly. All the display colors seem to be intact though. What replacement parts to I need to buy? An LCD, a touch screen digitizer, or more glass? I don't really understand the difference between all these parts. Also, could anyone point me to some cheap repair kits with all the tools/parts that I need? Not looking to spend any more than 25-30 bucks. Thanks everyone for your time!

  13. Are all of the episodes currently available on Floatplane?
  14. Hmmm, the light doesn't shine anymore when I connect the 24 pin and the 4 pin for the CPU. Do you think the motherboard would be the issue?
  15. There's no on/off switch, however there's a slider for 115 and 230, which I assume you would slide depending on if you use the PSU in Europe or the US. There is, however, a green light on the outside of the PSU. I think that this light should turn green when the PSU is accepting power. I removed the PSU from the case to see if it would power on, should the green light be lit if the PSU were working and accepting power? I included a picture. The PSU model is HP-D3057F3R, I'm currently repairing an old HP desktop.
  16. Actually, this article says that it's already come to Android Messages. My guess is that my VMNO (Mint Sim) hasn't implemented it yet, even though Mint Sim runs on a network (T-mobile) that has enabled RCS on my device.
  17. Are you sure? Every article that I see discussing the new RCS protocol points to the Android Messages app, are you sure that RCS hasn't been implemented into Google's flagship client for the platform, even while they're currently trying to get more carriers on board?
  18. My whole family uses galaxy s7's and the article says that they've enabled it for S7 devices, shouldn't it work for us? We all have the international model, so maybe it has something to do with that idk
  19. So I watched the recent techquickie on RCS and convinced my family (all android) to switch over to Android messenger. We all use a VMNO that uses T-Mobile's network, and T-mobile recently began to roll out RCS (right? https://www.theverge.com/2018/6/29/17519422/tmobile-texting-rcs-universal-rollout-starting-samsung-s7). However, all of our messages are still sent in SMS format, even though we are messaging each other in the RCS Android Messenger client, and we are all using T-Mobile. Are there any settings that I might have missed? Please help me my fellow Android brethren
  20. They both work independently of each other, but they don't work together at the current moment, even though they have in the recent past. Any clues?
