    I have Sennheiser HD 650s and they kick butt. I didn't feel 800s were worth the extra cash especially since they didn't sound as good listening to dubstep (IMO, hearing IS subjective) even though the detail was a bit better listening to classic rock.

    AMD usually overclocks like a sonofagun though, the sr7 is said to break 5jigas fairly easily.

    it will cut load times, but the big thing it helps is boot, program launches, and general responsiveness when you need your data.

    @App4that I see it now, the hardware encode for H.264, HEVC Main10/10-bit and VP9 8-bit video. I guess all the HDCP buisness with kaby lake intel triggered me too hard to see that bit.

    price to performance in games 7700k is a better deal than 6900k, but ryzen should be half the price of a 6900k with a performance increase.

    Yes, SC performance is approx. 20%+ MC is approx. 60%- and QC(gaming) is within 5% usually. 7700k vs 6900k
