  1. Hi I already have 16 GB (2x8) of G.skill trident Z 4133 Mhz ram in my pc but my friend offerd me another 16(2x8) gb ram of trident Z 4000 Mhz for a cheap price but I'm not sure if I should take it or not , my questions are : 1. Would my 16GB old 4133 Mhz trident Z work together with the new 16GB 4000 Mhz trident z from my friend ? 2. Can I set the frequency of both to 4133 Mhz ? 3. Is there any benefits with 32 GB of ram ? Would it help with performance in gaming if the gpu is not bottlenecked ? I mostly play games at 4K ultra settings but there are a few games where I like to be competetive and get the most fps possible. My specs right now : MSI Tomshwak Z390 i7 9700K @ 5.0 Ghz 16 GB of ram Trident Z @4133 mhz (right now) RTX 2080 Ti 1TB M.2 970 EVO SSD
  2. Hi, I have just one question, would this aio (Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme 280mm) fit in coolermaster H500P mesh case ?
  3. I see, I was just looking at the Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme, what do u think of that ? would it be better than H150i ?
  4. Hi, I'm looking for a high end AIO cooler for my i7 9700K OC'ed , I saw this 2 aio's (Corsair H150i or Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme) Which one would u guys recommend ? I mostly care about cooling performance and the price is not a problem.
  5. I see thx for the info I think I'm going with the H500P case from CM aswell
  6. Nice, which case would u recommend for this big aio ?
  7. the case I'm using is silverstone RL06 and yeah I like to push my overclock even further but can't duo to H80i weak cooling performance
  8. oh I thought a 360mm water cooling would beat any air cooling even the noctua one, I guess I was wrong, btw would it help if u replace all ur case fans with let's say something like noctua a14 industrial 3000 RPM ? would that help with the thermals ?
  9. The title pretty much says everything ;D I want the best temps possible, what would u guys recommend ? I know corsair H150i and NZXT CRACKEN 72X are both good choices but which one is better exacly if the only thing u care about is the performance ? CPU: i7 9700K @ 5 Ghz 1.35v CPU Cooler: corsair H80i (but I will replace it soon) Motherbord: MSI Z390 Tomahawk RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 DIMM 3200 MHz (2x8GB) GPU: MSI GAMING X GTX 1070 PSU: Corsair Rm850 Storage: Samsung 256 GB 960 EVO , 256 GB 850 EVO and 2 TB HDD
  10. Nice so I guess going with the H500P mesh and corsair H150i is a better choice ? Also would u change the rear fan case of H500P with something like noctua a14 industrial 3000 RPM ? if it helps with the thermals
  11. yeah H80i is what I'm currently using but I will replace it with H150i 360mm soon
  12. Hi guys, I'm coming from a low budget pc with a cheap case, but I recently upgraded my motherbord and cpu to i7 9700K but I'm still using my old case that has an terrible airflow imo, right now I'm using a corsair H80i v2 watercooler for my i7 9700K with OC' to 5 Ghz for alle cores @ 1.35v (I like to push my oc further if the temp wasn't the problem), on idle the temps are around high 50's to low 60's which is not acceptable imo, and underload the temps reach 87-88 C on AIDA 64 EXTREME bench. So I like to rebuild my pc in a much better case with a better airflow and a better watercooling, the price is not really a problem as long as I can get some decent temps with a better airflow, So I decided to choose Coolermaster H500P mesh with corsair H150i 360mm rads with thermal grizzly for cpu thermal paste, but a friend of mine recommended silverstone rl06 case for a good airflow but the problem with that case is that it only supports up to 240mm radiator on top so instead of corsair H150i 360mm I have to choose something else, so my question is, what's the better choice here for the best airflow/temps possible ? is coolermaster H500P mesh with corsair H150i a good combination or should I go for the silverstone rl06 case with another cooler, or do u guys have any other suggestions ? The specs of my pc right now: Case: sharkoon vg4-w CPU: i7 9700K @ 5 Ghz 1.35v CPU Cooler: corsair H80i Motherbord: MSI Z390 Tomahawk RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 DIMM 3200 MHz (2x8GB) GPU: MSI GAMING X GTX 1070 PSU: Corsair Rm850 Storage: Samsung 256 GB 960 EVO , 256 GB 850 EVO and 2 TB HDD
  13. yeah but the memory is not really great ;( with pascal gpu's you get more fps with memory clock than core clock
