thats kind of what i was thinking ive got ddr3 memory laying around but i was leaning towards am3+ emosun i was also considering that my dads work is geting rid of some i5 machines and i could get one free

I've got an ati radeon hd 5870 eyefinity 6 that was given to me, and i want to build a backup pc for when friends come over and for my little brother to play on. What would be a good cpu motherboard combo to use with that card? but it needs to be cheap =less than $100 im ok with used parts to.
