  1. I checked for dead pixels when I turned it on the first time before even mounting it and didn't see it because I was in a hurry. I already had modded the support (meaning I trimmed a chunk of it) before turning it on again and finally noticing it. Also, I bought it for 135€ and it's now back at 220€, so I guess that, if it's even accepted, returning it would mean I get no screen back. I'll be thinking about it.
  2. Bought a new screen on sale to replace my old TN one and I found a dead pixel (black, won't do anything) on it, quite centered. I tried all the "methods" I could find with no success unsurprisingly. But, could it be possible to hide it using some kind of small lens in the same way that some products try and eliminate bezels between multiple screens? I'm guessing that averaging the adjacents pixels I could have something a bit less distracting. I don't have the option of returning the screen, so worst case scenario I'll have to make do with it.
  3. I rarely ever come to the forums & even less do I answer to topics, but this caught my eye so bad. How is it that you made the choice to use the term "Kung-flu" and not anything else like everyone else? While not having to say the real name is no problem, using the term "Kung flu" seems to be extremely racist & discriminating and it's a shame to see this kind of language on this forum.
  4. Hi everyone! I'm having a problem with my phone's (nokia 6 2018) front camera. It has a hard yellow tint almost everywhere (see the photos: first is rear, second is front) and I can't get to find what the cause really is. Did anyone already face this issue? I've tried different camera apps, it doesn't change anything, and since it's not all yellow I don't think it's a connection issue
  5. I can't, try with these, I tried with debian 9 and kali, same problem
  6. Hey everyone, I have an issue with the way ubuntu 18.04 works with my touchpad, it doesnt register when I use my fingertips, only if I use my whole fingerprint which makes it horrible to use. I'm using an Asus C301S (that's a chromebook) with an Elan touchpad and crouton to run ubuntu on top of ChromeOS. I searched on google and didn't find any answer to my problem, only answers were for problems concerning multitouch, which seems to work ok with me, even if it means using two fingers covering the whole touchpad. I also searched in xfce4 parameters and documentation, nothing there. I have no idea where to search, if someone could help me, I would appreciate
  7. Just use one usb drive, download both liliusb and the iso, follow the instructions. When your usb key is ready, shutdown your computer, start it and boot from the usb key
  8. Very useful, thanks! I feel like you could add LightShot, which is way better than windows default screenshot tool. It's way faster to edit them also
  9. 4 languages: (French) -C'est ma langue natale donc ça me pose pas de problèmes. (English) -Really easy to learn, even easier with forums (German) -Ich lebe nicht weg von Kehl (Chinese) -我是法国人,我喜欢你我的电脑
  10. Same problem here, I have a R9 380+W10, choosing these settings made the game "playable"
