  1. Hello friends, Yesterday my computer started sending me a bunch of notifications about voltage and temperature. These messages are from AMD Crimson I think. I haven't been able to verify this (since goodling it only gives me information about AMD Crimson Update notifications and not warnings). I have attached a few screenshots of some of the notifications that I've seen. There have been several different types though (such as Motherboard core temp -1 degree). I've been trying to locate some log files from Crimson that can tell me more about these notification without any luck. Do anyone here have any suggestions?   5. Recently I upgraded my graphics card from an old 6950 2GB to an RX 480 8GB, I did this without upgrading my old machine in any other way. I've had tiny bit of problem with Ark: Survival Evolved crashing and windows citing out of memory as the reason. I was just wondering, could this be a problem between my main memory and video memory having some issues? (The problem occurred after I switched to the new graphics card). So my main question is. Is there any problem with having less than or equal amount of video memory as main memory? Current build. Sadly my PSU only comes with a bunch for 6 pin (with an attached 2pin on the side) (have a corsair tx750) With the gpu came a two 6 pin to one 8 pin adapter. Should I use the included adapter or stick with the 6+2 connectors that come from the PSU?

  10. I really like how long the card I have atm has survived. XFX HD 6950 2GB still run a lot of games quite well. BF4 with decent settings is 60FPS somehow. Yeah I've been looking at which CPU today gives best single core performance since Bohemia Interactive don't know shit about how to optimize their game for more than one core That is a later issue though (I have my CPU OC to 4.5ghz so Arma 3 is actually quite ok atm).   15. I am about to start to upgrade my ancient machine and can't decide on which graphics card I want/need. Currently I mostly use the machine for programming and games (mostly Arma 3 Exile mod and ARK Survival Evolved) both these games are quite taxing on my system atm. ARK def. need a graphics upgrade to work at least moderately well So, any tips are welcome. I plan to upgrade all parts of the machine in the coming months. Just want to start with the graphics card since it is the biggest bottle neck. I can afford around $350 or so but rather pay as little as possible since I'm a student. Atm I have the following specs.
