  1. ah I didnt think about how some PEASANTS have no M.2 slots. jk. lol. thanks for the help dude will order right now.
  2. @dragoon20005 Why did u need to do a fresh OS install?
  3. Hello. I am wondering about the compatibility of the laptop that I have with a SSHD. When I check the specifications website it does not have any information on the compatibility. It only says it has a 1TB SSHD versions of the latop, nothing about compatible storage devices. I got a model without a harddrive in it, only an M.2 SSD and need to have more storage. The website saying 1TB is worrying me on purchasing a 2TB drive, but I would like around 2TB since I am planning or storing video footage. I know that some systems have a problem with the storage capacity of harddrives due to stuff like operating system (mine is 64 so no problem I think), Power supply issues, or drives on motherboards (my desktop required a driver to have harddisks over 3TB to run on it). Thats why I was wondering if there could be any other restrictions that I did not know about that would prevent the 2TB SSHD from working. I do not want to go through the trouble or returning the item.
  4. wow the response time is really fast on this forum! that's amazing. I think i will try to back it up first. I was thinking it would be better to separate the OS from the C: drive this time so next time shit like this doesnt happen. I am wondering if there will be problems if I buy an SSD to become the boot drive and keep the old one. Anyone had any experience with this? Do I have to format the harddrive before it? since it has the windows OS in the C: drive?
  5. I am currently using a fx 4300 with an msi motherboard (760gm 23 I think?) However, I want to upgrade to an Intel 6500 with a B150 motherboard. I am concerned that I will lose all my files and to be honest I've never done upgrades like this before. Could someone tell me what to expect?
  6. I want the blade. it would be a nice upgrade from the 500 dollar laptop im using now.
