I want to beable to stream, play csgo atleast 144fps with high settings and triple A titles atleast 60fps at 1080p I'm in America and for a budget I don't really have one but keep price as low as possible (but don't skimp on hardware) I want to beable to upgrade in the future to 2 1440p monitors so it has to be upgradeable.
