    Yep on my MSI 970 i can only increase the voltage by 25 , setting it to +87 or +25 makes no difference.

    My fav part is the new flat UI.

    Which one of these has better performence , i dont care much about noise since i use headphones. Also i would get the r280x TOXIC but i cant .
