Hey guys, so my friend asked me if I could build him a pc for video editing purposes only. I said yeah, but his budget is US $800. I was thinking of getting him the Ryzen 1600x, but I just wasn't sure about the GPU. Would I need to put something pretty powerful in in order for him to edit 4k, or can something like a 1050ti be good enough for that purpose? I built a gaming pc for myself, but I don't edit videos, so I wouldn't know what is needed for 4k editing. I'll put a list of the specs I was thinking of below, let me know what you think.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 1600x
Cooler: Stock
Motherboard: ASRock AB350M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4
Ram: 2x8GB DDR4 (whatever is the cheapest at the time)

GPU: GTX 1050ti
