  1. PC has been a kind of second class platform since forever imo but it is not bigger than ever, with massive pickup from media orgs with the explosive growth of esports. I would not worry about pc gaming crashing and burning. it is here to stay for a long time yet however stagnant the games that come out are.
  2. Bored of the slow booting x99 generally getting sluggish for what I do
  3. Yep Gaming, some streaming, some graphical work, and I’m one for overkill sometimes sooo have a custom loop so would just integrate it into that.
  4. What is the general consensus on the 9900ks? Currently on a 5820k want to upgrade intels 10nm desktop still seems way off so do I bite the bullet on a ks?
  5. I thought as much i fear it may be an rtx 2080ti.. kind of sucks that the price bump is due to a useless feature.
  6. Already water cooled, OC'd to the max the card is happy with but i am seeing for instance around 90 fps with drops which are annoying in black ops 4 on high settings which is a little sad hoping to start playing BF 5 but i hate to think how that will run..
  7. So my Titan X Maxwell is not really taking so well to my recent 1440P 165hz upgrade my only question is where the f*** do i go in the current climate of gpu's...

    Asus PG279Q

    Yes it will look good for a long while. I just see they have updated most of there range within the last year but not this model while there may not be much difference tech always advances in some way or another.

    Asus PG279Q

    Hoping to pick a 1440P 144hz+ monitor up soon is the PG279Q getting replaced with a new model anytime soon ? cant find much suggesting it it will or not, but i'm sure it has been around for a few years already?
  10. I got a pair of Arctis 5 for free from SS (As a replacement for an old faulty headset), the mic is great compared to every other headset i have used i get compliments on how decent it is. The sound quality is good nothing amazing but not bad either they get fairly loud and overall comfort is good they are very light and can easily be worn all day if need be. The arctis 5 seems to be the best pick as it offers the best features and performance, from what i have read it would appear mic and sound quality suffers slightly on the arctis 7 due to the wireless.
  11. This is a really common issue on windows 10 the fix is really easy. Enter this into powershell cant take a few minutes but it will work. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  12. Although it looks like you only broke one track there are many mores on the multiple layers i dont think you have any chance with this sorry.
  13. No you shoulden't need to plug both in having 2 is usually almost always a redundancy thing.. Your issue seems more like RAM and such..
  14. The part in question goes at the top left of the phones logic board / just below the power button of the phone it is held in place by a screw.
  15. Windows does not read X99 speeds properly i have the same issue i am yet to find a solution but i don't care really, also with x99 you are overclocking the turbo speed and since you have disabled that it is resulted in just stock speeds.
