Depends on the game and settings.  It would handle some with ease but definitely fall flat with others

I was thinking the same thing but it's ips but way too wide for my tastes.

Considering even a 1080Ti will struggle to push some games at 144 fps max settings, it completely comes down to how you set it up. If you're looking at a 34" monitor I think they're too big for that resolution.

I won't game on anything bigger than a 27" regardless of res lol. That's why I'm not getting any ultra wides

A 34" 21:9 is just a wider 27" monitor

Still 7" too wide for my lazy eyeballs lol
