I think corsair is trying to rip me off on this RMA... How is it now a problem that I bought my AIO from amazon and not locally ?

    Those fuckers can't have their cake and eat it too.  They enjoy listing Amazon as an authorized retailer so they better honor your warranty.

     

    Make them fix it.

    @done12many2 Earlier this year when my original AIO died I was told since it costs way too much to ship back the AIO to them than I paid for it, it was shipped to me for free after I went through a process. Now I'm being told "You may have to use a reshipping company. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to provide a prepaid label as this wasn't purchased in Barbados."

     And I got this just now "As we have now done that courtesy exception before, we would be unable to offer that this time."

    Last thing I asked in the last ticket was if this unit died if I would be allowed the same process for RMA since shipping it back costs twice as much as I paid to which the guy said yes.

     

    I'm beyond pissed right now.
