  1. What settings should I use in nvidia control panel for the best performance in solidworks, autocad, etc. System is an i5, 8gb ram and quadro 400
  2. maybe an hdd for additional space since 250 isn't that much especially after windows, applications etc.
  3. codeacadamy.com has great courses and is 100% free (got me started on python but there are courses for just about every common language)
  4. i5 6600K processor MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8G Aero for black/white theme
  5. http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/rzQY9W Now your have an ssd that will hold the os and a couple apps. Also you don't need a 600w psu for a 300w build so I switched that for a 430w which saves money.
  6. I have about $150 for the card and it would be paired with an i3 6100. I want do be able to play most new games with 60+ fps without having to put the settings on low. I was considering a gtx 950, would that do the trick or is there something else thats better.
  7. I am looking for a budget graphics card that will give me the best gaming performance. I want at least 60 fps without having to turn the settings down to low. I would have about $150 budget for the card and it would be paired with an i3 6100.
  8. I just took what you did and added all ssd storage, switched the 32 of ram for 16 (which is plenty for gaming) and lowered the price a bit.
  9. Maybe add a small ssd? http://pcpartpicker.com/product/qf98TW/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asp550ss3120gmc And I would go with an nvidia card. I believe the nvidia equivalent for an rx 480 is a gtx 970 or 980 (dont quote me on that).
  10. For a water cooler go with the corsair H110 or if that's too expensive the H50 is fine too. Here is a list of great motherboards that should work with your build. http://pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#L=4&l=2,3&m=8&s=28&sort=a8&page=1&f=2&u=1&N=8,16&E=1,3
  11. This has more performance for less. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/cpHqm8
