So i was running my pc off a external usb hardrive for a year coming up on 2. Today suddenly it stopped working i think i may have shut it off during an update without me knowing. Haven't been able to boot so i wiped the drive and proceed to try and reinstall windows. It tells me i cant download windows to a ubs hardrive i didn't have this problem the first time around. Thanks!

So basically i parted out some old pc's and bought a gpu for a computer for another house. It has been working perfectly fine except recently only steam games have been uninstalling without me doing it. I have checked and i have more than enough storage to house the games. It has happened to pubg 3 times and just happened to my csgo download. Is this from the hard drive being old or something else? Thanks!
