Looking for a DIY cloud security camera server on VPS

Hey guys My neighbour asked me to set up a security camera system for him on a budget. the thing is he would like to be able to view the cameras when outside the home on cellular network but his ISP runs is running a CGNAT so I cant even open up a port and do it that way (which isn't a good idea anyhow terrible privacy). So let me get to the point I am looking for a software that can run on linux with limited resources that supports Live view and any other features like AI detection, phone notifications would be great to have but not a must. I am less worried about the cloud storage part as I can just chuck a HDD on the NVR for cheap. Thanks for the help -

Hey I'm looking for a sub 400$ Ultra Wide gaming monitor I want at least 120hz, 1440p will be great but not a must. I'm good with anything above 27 inch, and I prefer a non curved display. Do you guys have any recommendations?. BTW I will pair it with an rtx 3060ti and I live in Israel so it needs to be from a site that has World Wide shipping. Thanks :)

Iv got a Dell Latitude E4310 as it turns out it has a Fingerprint reader I am running windows 10 pro I have tried Installing a few driver I found online but nothing seems to work and when I try to set up a fingerprint sign in it says there is no compatible fingerprint scanner found. Would love some help getting the scanner to work

the BX500 is actually 5$ cheaper but for what I read it also doesn't have a DRAM cache and the MX500 is 24$ more

I saw the Techquickie "What Are DRAM-less SSDs" and realized that the ssd I just got the a400 Kingston 240GB does not have a DRAM cache. good thing is I didn't open it yet and I can upgrade it to a WD Green ssd for 10$ more, now the WD green also does not have a DRAM cache but it does have SLC caching so is worth he upgrade or is there no real difference between the WD Green and the a400.

is there a way to set a static ip not on your router?? my router does not allow to assign a static ip

I dont think I can assign a static ip address via my router. is there another way to assign a static ip? My router is form the cable company model VV5822
