  1. So I wanted to know if there is any difference in the mounting holes location on a EATX VS ATX Mobo. I know that it's is extended but there does seem to have some holes near identical to ATX MOBO. Here is a picture that shows what I'm looking at https://goo.gl/AbGji2 All the holes on the left side and middle look very close to near identical
  2. I have resloted it into multiple different pci slots and used caned air to remove any dust from pci slot/card
  3. Eric - Aug 01, 2016 06:07AM The initialization looks correct as long as it gives you a final ok after it initializes. Please try SSD Utility on the drive: Download the program for Windows here: http://ocz.com/download/software/ssd-utility/SSDUtility_2.0.2430.exe User’s Guide: http://ocz.com/download/software/ssd-utility/SSDUtility_UserGuide_English.05042016.pdf Linux OS Version: http://ocz.com/download/software/ssd-utility/2.1.2542/SSDUtility_2.1.2542.tar.gz Me - Aug 01, 2016 05:34PM so i have tried the ssd Utility on windows 10 and as a bootable usb and it still does not recognize the drive. http://imgur.com/a/Oz3nj Eric - Aug 02, 2016 07:18AM Thank you Me. Very strange that the tools will not see the drive. It appears to initialize. Have you tried removing it from the PC for an hour and then putting it back in and turning it on? Based on the serial number the warranty on this drive has expired. I wouldn’t be able to replace it under warranty. Me - Aug 02, 2016 07:42AM I have but still does the same thing. Since there is no warranty do you offer a repair service for the card? Eric - Aug 02, 2016 07:42AM Unfortunately we do not.
  4. Here's what happened when I contacted support. For anyone that has the same problem as I do.
  5. so i had this ocz revo drive 3 as a boot drive but something happened to it and now i cant boot up windows it shows windows needs to repair but anything i try does not work.then i tried to load up the ocz toolbox (a boot cd that your suppose to use to format the ssd) and its not recognized as a drive. in the command prompt of windows repair i can see the directory of the drive. the drive is not recognized in any other OS. Pics of what i see https://imgur.com/a/wA1eF
  6. Ok I will try it but I can not do that at this time I will have to wait till I can get home to do it. Thank you very much
  7. How would I use that software in this situation?
  8. Changing the bios like version or setting inside the bios. And my mobo does not have a clear cmos it has memmory ok, boot to bios and USB bios flash
  9. There is a problem with that I would have to boot into Windows to use disk manager which I can not boot in to Windows thank you for your ideas
  10. Well I have tried that to with 3 different battery's it still happens. The thing I most interested in is to change the drive letter back to C
  11. So this now happened 2 times now with different OS's and I have no idea what is causing the problem. It could be that my psu is going bad or my motherboard or my ssd is going out but what ever it is very time consuming to fix. What happens is sometimes I turn on my pc and it "forgets" the drive letter of my boot drive making it X not C. Which over wright the master boot record. The only way I have found to fix it is to format my boot drive and reinstall windows. I have tried to do a system restore but since the restore was done on C when it changes the drive letter it still looks for the restore point on C but it is now X. And I do not think there is away of changing the drive letter of the boot drive without booting into Windows which I can not do. If you have any suggestions please comment or know about this issue. Thank you
