I'm kinda leaning towards 1600 with 3000 RAM, and OC it in the future. Do you know a good video on how to OC a 1600? But also is the 1600 worthy enough for future proof?

For gaming maybe stream, should I get 1600 or 1700 non OC since I don't know how to OC, If I do OC do I have to run stress test at all or can I just copy a setting from Youtube that worked for people right away if I go into the BIOS without any stress test.

I'm almost done with my PC build and about to order all the parts but i've notice that msi 1060 6gb was out of stock for about 2 weeks now (maybe even more) so decided to check out other 1060s and they were also too out of stock?
