A couple good boards that wont break the budget are stuff like, ASROCK 970 PRO3 R2, or a Gigabyte ga-970a d3, or even a MSI 760GM-P34. It all depends on your case size and what you can pay.

Also, Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, Asus M578L-M, ASROCK 880GM-LE are all acceptable too all of which are moderately cheap.

990fx board that are pretty good,
    ASROCK 990FX Extreme3
    Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
    MSI 990FXA-GD65V2
    Asus M5A00FX PRO 2.0

The thing with the 8cores on the 8350 is it makes it amazing for stuff like rendering videos, models, streaming gameplay, and many other very heavily tasking features that can take use of all those horses. Gaming though if that's your main spiel wont fare so well, while in it's whole it performs amazing, its single and dual core performance is lacking when it comes to games, in some games that can be an issue, particularly games that are poorly optimized on the cpu end, like Arma, Starcraft, and Assassins creed you'll find it starting to struggle.

Is its simplest form, for purely gaming, the intel chips will pretty much win. But if you're not just going to be gaming and might be rendering, or streaming while hosting game servers then the AMD chip will be better. This winter when i go to upgrade my CPU i'll be grabbing a Xeon from intel because i have heavy workloads and do some major multitasking. It gives me the capacity to multitask greatly at the cost of an i5 which wouldnt necessarily.

edit: the xeon i'll be grabbing is about $230, where as to get that kind of multitasking performance on an intel chip i'd have to get a $350+ i7 chip, and it gives me the single core performance to play games at high fps.

That's perfectly fine, once you can find some more money in the next couple years you can get yourself a real monster of a card on the low, like the 280 or 770, or something along those lines. The 270x should get you through for quite a long time though, especially if you get a 4gb over the 2gb, however the 4gb will generally about 40$ more.

EDIT:: The 8350 is AMAZING if you really want to multitask, like, its better than most i7 at pure multitasking. However, it wont do quite as well in gaming, however its still a great chip my pals who are running it max out games @ 60fps generally.

Yes, its much much better. It's widely regarded as one of the best budget cards. I myself am running a Diamond R9 270X overclocked to 1175mhz on the core, great card, if i had a better cpu i could max out most games with a steady 45-50fps minimum @ 1080p

that motherboard can overclock, if you are looking at SLI/Crossfire you need to upgrade.

For that much I'd highly recommend the r9 280. If for your region you cannot find it for that price you can go to something like the 760 4gb or 2gb, or a r9 270x 4gb or 2gb.

EDIT:: Either of those 3 cards will game on high settings and ultra settings with good fps. The 270x is a bit slower than the 760, and the 760 is a bit slower than the 280.

Get a cheaper motherboard so you can get something like an R9 270. Everything else looks okay but you can get cheaper RAM of the same specs/quality.

Something cheap like the Corsair 200R, NZXT Source 340 or the Source 210 would be good.

A 80+ bronze or above semi-modular power supply from a good, reputable manufacturer will be good at a reasonable proce

Really any 23" 1080p IPS with at least 8ms response time will be fine.

Unless you really need the storage i'd suggest just picking up a 50$ 1tb drive and use the money from that to get a better GPU. the 750ti is good, but it wont do high quality 60fps gaming at 1080p,
