you could clone yous ssd to the m.2, i dont remember well , but you need to create one 120gb partition on the new ssd , and clone the old ssd on that, and when you finish you resiz the partition to all the space

dont install windows , just plug the disk and configure in bios from what will boot, window 10 will config itself and star on the new mobo , when you log in you can copy all your files

delete all partition from the disk and try again. let windows create all partition you can tryto format the drive with some live usb ,
