A Side of Garlic Bread

I was wondering if anyone has had an issue with the Thermaltake Bigwater 760 Pro's reservoir cracking down the center? I bought one last year and it cracked after about two weeks however it didn't leak. Conveniently around the same time the water pump died on it so I rma'd it. The one I got back cracked again after about a month. This time it leaks. My brother has the same water cooler but he's never had an issue. Is this just really bad luck?

Currently using a gtx 970. However said card is the survivor of a murderous motherboard that fried 5 other video cards. It has bad coil whine and has an issue from the killer motherboard. Like the driver kernal randomly stopping. It does it in other rigs as well so i assume its just a slow death. Need new video card because i dont know if evga will be down with another rma on a card that kind of works >_>
