Totally agree and I would say so fare I stayed on the 'good side' however if the short are directly put into my feed, I don't seem to be able to not 'click' them

I just pulled the plug on my iOS youtube app, and I don't how I feel about it. I used to watch a lot of youtube videos daily. According to the analysis of my watch history about half is entertainment and half is educational. iOS screen time tells me I used to use the youtube app about 17h per week on average.t That changed a lot since youtube put the "shorts" button directly in the "home" area and even added a new category into its app. My watch time increased from 17h to 22h in the following week, then 26h and for this week I am at 27h 17min. I also look through my watch history and, kindly, youtube bundles up the amount of shorts seen. I watch 413 in one go, and I don't even remember a single thing I saw. I know this is not something new, "doom scrolling" has been around for quite some time, however, I don't have this problem with Instagram (I only use the app about 30min per week on average) and I just never installed TickTock. I like youtube, I want to watch entertaining and educational videos, but I don't want to waste 10h of my life scrolling through shorts. But I can't help myself. I decided to uninstall the youtube app and only watch videos on my pc. I hope, was the shorts experience is quite bad in the browser, I won't fall into the same trap. Had anyone else same experience in the last couple of weeks since youtube put shorts in front of everything? Does anyone know if there are third-party youtube apps for iOS that just don't have shorts "enabled"? Would it be possible to make a browser extension that would just remove the all shorts content from the youtube homepage like add-removers do that with ads? Sorry if this is not the correct category for this discussion topic.

Have you tried using two of them for writing? I am really curios if that would be an option. I would love to try them out however I don't think they are available in any stores. I work mainly as a programmer and I'm thinking of a split keyboard however these also seem very promising and the thumb sticks could be used as a mouse replacement (for office use).

Hey I also work as an ML Engineer in Computer Vision for product line quality control and I would say your laser scanner is totally overkill. I mean if you have the money, go use it but just for identification of the keys you can use grey scale images with some smoothing and I would guess just edge detection to find all the keys pretty reliable and super fast. Only reflection / polished keys might be a problem. I think if you open source your key identification algorithm you will get help fast an easily.

Thx for the information. FRTC was disabled. My peak power draw in Unigine Valley & Heaven Benchmark was 113 Watts. The Benchmark scores where more ore less the same as other people got so either the reading is wrong or i consumes way less then Sapphire / AMD say it does. Well w/e it works fine

Well i will just run a Benchmark and if i get the same scores as every one lese the reading must be wrong

So.. are GPU-Z reading just wrong or is my card "dead"? (I do not have a normal current meter for the wall plug to check it..)

Hello, i just got a new R9 380x an i was stress testing it to see how hot it will get in my new case. But I saw something strange. Is it possible that the card only consumes 90 Watts wile stress testing it with FurMark?

Has anyone any information if a 3 meter USB and Displayport cable adds significant latency? As I sad I am not a professional gamer but I also don not want my mouse lagging 2 seconds behind when I move it
