I don't even have other device in device mangier the only thing I'm seeing is on bus controllers unknown usb device device descritor request failed

its a xbox 360 controller I got from Walmart wired I got it a few years back though but it worked like few weeks ago

yea I have a 360 controller if anyone wants to help I'm on windows 8.1 64 bit I have wired white 360 controller that does not want to work I plug it in and said unknown device from the usb in device manager now I downloaded the driver if you wanna call it that from Microsoft still no luck Luck I went to device manager and tried to update it no luck tried going in let me pick it from my computer went down to Microsoft on the right side it said nothing about game controller on the left side no luck I plugged it in my other computer same error so I'm wondering if it is the device but I can press the middle button and it flashes I'm on wifi I'm just woundering if anyone could help if it is dead I'll just get another controller but I'm used to this one anyway thanks for reading this and help helping me

so I got the game and all but the controls on it only keyboard mouse was showing like press B to duck on keyboard but did they have an update or something for the xbox 360 controller? I know you can play it on the controller I'm just saying on screen I like having a controller on my hands you know ever since I had the NES. good times....

yea I'm playing saints row 4 at ultra settings and when I move some of the people's body's has white lines around them anyway to fix this?

OK I have a 250GB WD sata hard drive I take what I can get I really I don't have any money for an SSD or anything like that I have a 2.20 DUAL GHz computer I got from my brother can't thank him enough for that from him really a good brother and I got a 9500GT from like when they brought them out mamby a couple few years after that though I have 2GB DDR 2 ram 1GB in each slot been saving my money like a mad man for a 7970 almost have enough for it it going to have 3GB vram 5 copper heat pipes the sappfire HD 7970 Overclocked ED can't wait till I get though playing games on the highest detail HD some games wont even run on my 9500 but keep telling my self 7970
