I stumbled across one of this guy's ebay listings, and they are way too cheap! [Link removed] Does anyone know what's happening here? My thoughts are that this is a scam, where someone's account has been stolen, but I though I'd get some extra opinions.

I'm running an r9 280x and i5 6400. Frankly, the cpu's more of a bottleneck, but a better gpu would help with my heavily modded skyrim...
