Does the stock fan on the deepcool louder than intel stock cooler ? Because i can tolerate if only as loud as intel stock cooler

How's the m9i compares to deepcool Gammaxx 400 because they on the same price range ?

Which one is better at the cooling performance ? Because im confused to choose between both

Hi i have a pc with I3-4160 and GTX 750 TI. My CPU at idle was 42C and full load 61 C. GPU idle 29C and full load 60 C, Is it better to replace the intel stock cooler or change the computer case. because I have very basic case it only have a 92 mm intake but the intake only has little hole on the bottom of the case and outtake 92 mm too. and it also has 120mm side vents. PS; see the image to know what i mean

Im currently using logitech k120 which has broken spacebar and cheap logitech mouse and also some 15$ sony earphone
