I recently upgrade my GT 640 to a GTX 770. Last day i saw that I could use mi old GT 640 as a dedicated PHYSX card. But I saw that in some cases it would decrease performance. ¿So should I install it or not?

I've been so long thinking about this but I wanted to know your opinion. I like shadowplay (770) and MANTLE (280X) is coming. I've seen 280X gets 1 or two or one FPS on some games but I also like doing video editing and other PC work like 3D Rendering... So I'd like you to say which one is the one for me. I have it and i can guarantee it is one of the best mouses I've ever tried. 4 buttons at the side, one for life battery, another one to "super" spin the scroll, and finally another to change between the profiles. And u can costimize the buton funcionality

I found a great deal, MSI Lighting was in the same price as the ASUS Direct CU 2. So not considering the price, what do I should get. Please do not say that EVGA or Gigabyte is better, there are only deals for the ones y mentioned.I'm from Europe don't tell me about deals in Canada or USA. Thanks. I've also considered the 7970 or X280, but I think 770 is better. Correct me if I'm wrong.
