No matter how many times I reset or wipe the drives and the system, the user continues to appear as the login and then u get the error message

Hello, I needed to decultter my PC and decided to back everything up and reset my PC as it was having issues for a while. I reset my PC and waited for the wipe to happen. Upon the reset I noticed that it didn't go to the normal windows start screen but it tried to log in my old user account( with my Zelda login background, which is what struck me as odd) I tried to enter my pin bur got the message " user can't be logged in" or something to that effect. I can't do anything now, I've tried troubleshooting, I've tried booting from a USB with media creation tool on it. I've tried safeboot and have even tried to wipe the system again with no luck. Does anybody have any idea what messed up or the best way to fix or wipe things and start fresh?

Thanks for all the replies. I forgot to mention that other people from this company can download the same files using their full internet speeds and the company is definitely large enough to have the best of the best when it comes to servers and all of that

Hi! I work at a studio and I have to download large files from their server everyday. I am WFH and just upgraded to 1gb internet. My speeds are great on and off the VPN I use when using Speedtest or downloading games from steam. These files I am downloading though only download at around 20mbs and I have no idea why. I have been told there should be no limit from the server and that my trace routes all check out and nothing seems out of the ordinary in regards to all of that. Any ideas or direction would be amazing!

Hi! I recently wanted to sit down on my couch to play games on my TV (4k). My PC is in the room next to the living room . I have a really long hdmi cable that I am plugging my TV into from my graphics card ( 2060s) I also have a 1080p 144hz monitor connected via display port. The signal flickered when I first plugged it in but now I am getting zero signal from my pc to my TV. I have tried changing resolutions on the pc. Refresh rates. I have verified the cable is working. I haven't yet tried just running the TV and unplugging the display port monitor. But since I have a two monitor setup that is hdmi and 1080p I don't know if this is messing with things. Any help would be amazing

Hi! So i just purchased a pretty beefy PC from Newegg and went to download some games and my WIFI is running at around 340kb/s. Ran a speedtest and my phone and laptop are getting ~100mb/s~ tried updating drivers, restarts etc. Any suggestions!!?> System: Ryzen 3600 Nvidia GeForce 2060 Super Gigabyte B450m DS3h Wifi 16gb g.Skill 3200 650watt power supply.
