Enclave

My i5 has taken some real hits and has lasted me a while. I'm looking to any suggestions for an upgrade able to play current gen games smoothly. My graphics card is a GTX 950 FTW and for a reference i'm able to run Battlefield 1 on high around 40-60 frames, the thing is that my CPU goes up to 99% and if i am even just listening to music the frames drop to about 40-20 frames.

So, 912 virus later and a long restart my computer is on it's way to being able to function smooth as can be but i'm still having a few issue that I need help with. One thing is that when i open a new tab of youtube i get this weird messed up version what i wouldn't get before. Next is some weird stuff that keeps popping up on my task manager like detracts ( which i know is part of a virus because it uses the same icon as one of them) and a few others. I mainly just want to fix the youtube problem, and I want to know of good anti-virus/malware (currently using malwarebytes) or good scanning stuff to get rid of everything. I don't know if I should be even asking here but i don't know anywhere else, thanks.

So I was trying to figure of how to make my fans run faster so I booted up the BIOS and saw that it was listed as .75 PWM for my cpu and my case fans idk what they mean but I put them at 1.00 and I was wondering what they meant and if It should be higher or lower?

I reseated and everything but i still had no improvement, then i noticed something. I had put the cooler in the wrong pins and they weren't on. I actually feel like an idiot but now everything is doing good and it seems like no damage has been done, maybe a few years off its lifespan. Thanks for all the help guys.

I just got a Corsair H60 for my i5 3470 and my computer is now extremely slow, in fact its at around 100 degrees celsius or 200 degrees fahrenheit. This is my first liquid cooler and switched form the stock fan.

Thasks for all the help, to clarify I know I can't have the two in sli/crossfire I was thinking of using the 480 to game on one screen and the 950 to watch youtube and browse like watching a podcast while gaming. I just thought that if I had 2 different card doing separate things it would lessen the strange on 1 card.

So I'm still a bit of a potato when it comes to building PCs and I was wondering if I could get 2 monitors with 2 graphics card that work together as in I can drag my mouse from on screen to anothe. Currently have a gtx 950 FTW 2 screens and wasee thinking of getting a radeon rx 480. Will it be able to work like it does now?
