  1. I've got TT ToughAIR 310. It seems that it's capable of cooling much hotter cpus.
  2. Interesting. You're getting my point.....price comparison and performance comparison. At my retailer, 5600 is almost double cheaper than 5800X3D, but performance increase is.....20%....30%? I would expect at least 50%. I know that basically 5600 and 5600x is "faster" by 300MHz? It is not even important. I don't know how single core performance affect anything THAT MUCH for 300MHz....I mean it is little difference. They are actually the same CPU. Personally, I'm keeping everything DEFAULT except XMP...
  3. I mean....even Ryzen 2600 was a pretty good cpu....but let's say....I want something from "the end of AM4/DDR4/PCIeX4" generation. Than.....knowing me.....I'm gonna skip a decade of upgrading.... :D.....aaaand I'm gonna get....let's say....:AM50 generation.
  4. Well, 5600x is a little bit faster than 5600 and price difference at my retailer is like....10-20€....
  5. Take a look at this... YouTube video/photo I mean.....real difference FOR ME is between 5600x and 7700x. It's like 30+ fps. But....I don't know.....I can't make up my own mind....but....I'll consider every suggestion from you guys. If I can't afford 5800 X3D, I'll go with 5600x probably since 5600x is a "little bit" slower but draws less power and it is probably less "furnace".
  6. Well, I'm in doubt here....basically......differences between 5600-5700-5800 are.....ridiculous. Ok, X3D is......HELL YEAH....my budget is pretty thin for that CPU. 8 cores are better in multi-core performances.....by 20-25% than 5600/5600x. I'm considering 5600x right now. Looking at this chart.....(not looking at X3D versions) differences between 5600-5700x-5800x ARE really ridiculous. It's 10-15fps at the most......but we are looking at 100+ percent... I kinda think that price difference is not justified comparing to performance. What do you think? I'm opened for opinions....but I've expected atleast 20-30% difference....
  7. Well, budget is somewhere up to 200-220€ or dollars....so.....I have to save more money for X3D.... OOOOr......is Ryzen 5700 (without X) even an option?
  8. Hahhaha! Thanks. I will try.... How much is 5800 X3D at your local retailer? Here is 330$...
  9. I've put the wrong display. It is this one....(I forgot one letter at the end "S").... Acer NITRO QG241Y S P.S. It goes up to 165Hz on Display Port and it is connected with DP.
  10. Yeah, I know that. There is regular 5600, 5700, 5800 then we have "x" versions and "x3D"... I'll se if I can fit the price.... Well "gaming is expensive" sport....following "trends" is more like it....having everything "the latest" and newest. That's what I meant. I've got bunch of games on Steam. Even more on EPIC since there are bunch of free games... Even LESS on Origin aka EAapp. You can check my Steam account if u want.
  11. Gaming is an expensive sport. Oh, well....I've got all the answers. THANK YOU ALL.
  12. Oh, ok. What kind of games utilize full Ryzen 7900x?
  13. Interesting. According to specs, 5700x and 5800x are not so different. You can't make ideal conditions nor you can't be certain that everything is perfect....you know.....like perfect environment. Bunch of tests are synthetic... Looking at this "chart" from above....it's like 2-3% of difference... Not big of deal....if difference in price is like 10 bucks....then go for more... There are not any big differences even between 5600x and 5800x (5-10%)... I mean....CORES....yes.....there is probably....15-20% of difference.....everything else is same....but how many of us....."regular" users are using multicore apps?
  14. Good God.....like in hell...... That reminds me of a local joke: What kind of a heating are you using during winter? AMD!!!
  15. Any BIG difference between 5700x3d and 5800x? I was even considering 5600x.....and I don't mind....I believe that even 5600x should be enough.... Just pls don't tell me that I should buy water cooling....I don't know how to install that thing anyway. BTW, I wanna play CP77, my kid is playing FORTNITE....I wanna play "new" Robocop....and possibly second Star Wars Jedi Survivor....since my current gpu CAN handle a lot.....but it is weak....I manage to play Jedi Survivor with 30-35fps but it drops to 15fps etc....
  16. I don't think I can USE more than 10GB of VRAM for gaming. I mean.....I'm not complicated person....I do not require stable 150fps.....I'm satisfied with stable 60fps or even 30fps....decent res.....no screen tearing....and I HATE Motion Blur stuff.....so that stuff is always off. Knowing me, first game I'll probably play is NFS Most Wanted from 2005.
  17. Any "bottlenecking" I should be worried about? I'm playing mostly 1080p.....but I have this ACER....I guess I can play games.....more than 1080p with this screen?
  18. I thought that too....but....bunch of you are more into these stuff than me. I'm getting older... Like LINUS....same age I think.
  19. Interesting. I'll go with the cheaper one. It's 50€ cheaper! I don't care about OC btw, I just want to play. This gpu should handle me for 10 years atleast. It is after all 16GB. Thank you.
  20. I almost forgot. My current cpu has ThermalTAKE ToughAIR 310 air cooler. Should I replace it.......or that cooler should be enough for Ryzen 5800x? Right now, my Ryzen 5 2600 is at 30c on idle. When gaming.....maybe 50-55c I think.
  21. Thank you all. I was curious cause I found TWO similar (I thought that they were the same gpus) but one needs 650W psu, another 750W. Shockingly, in a local store, the one who needs 750W is cheaper than the other. It says minimum 750W....so I was kinda curious....if 750W will be enough. i don't even know how they determine how much power gpu needs. These 2 gpus, but they look the same to me.....according to specs: Costs me more vs Costs me less. I don't see the difference except power draw or should I say PSU requirements. P.S. Btw, which gpu brands are reliable these days anyway?
  22. Hi to all. I need an advice. I'm replacing my: Ryzen 5 2600 with Ryzen 5800x; XFX RX470 TripleX with XFX RX 6800; Gigabyte AB350M DS3H V2 with Gigabyte B550M Aorus Elite I also have: 6x 120mm coolers, NVMe SSD 250GB, WD HDD 7200rpm, WD HDD 5400rpm and 4x 8GB of Kingston HyperX Black Beast at 3200MT/s. My question is: Will my ASUS ROG Strix 750W GOLD be enough for my new components?
  23. I've seen this error....more then 20 years ago. Corrupted Windows setup. Try to download RTM Windows XP, don't use OEM Windows.....ever.
  24. Try to exclude those files IF YOU need them. Than try to rename them. It works sometimes. Win Defender is stupid. A long time ago, I "wrote" bat file with showing me my IP (ipconfig /all) and stuff.....and I was curious. I renamed file into keygen.exe.......Win Defender went NUTS! I've seen it with my own eyes....
