    So in the first picture, it says it automatically detected the memory and that it runs at 2 x 667 Mhz = 1333 Mhz  ... It's double because DDR2 and DDR3 transmits 2 bits of information per Hz, so for marketing reasons and to show that you get more data throughput compared to DDR1, they sell the memories with the higher frequency numbers on them.  So that's why some software shows 666 or 667 (depending on how the rounding is done or if software creator is ok with showing "number of the devil" or not)  because that's the REAL frequency, and others show double that so that user isn't confused by what's on screen and what's on the actual memory stick and the packaging
     
    So If you're sure all memory sticks run at 800 Mhz or higher (check with CPU-Z or Aida64 , in the SPD sections),  then you can go in BIOS and configure that manually to DDR3-1600 Mhz.
