I'm not worried about my steam or Origin games, but I am worried about the games that where installed not by steam, they will probably not work in the absence of the same C drive that was uses in the installation. I just want to know how to back these files that correspond to the games on E drive that are stored on the C drive.

Hey there. I really need your guys help on this is as I can't seem to find a specific answer to this particular problem. Basically, I may have a malware virus on my computer that is slowing it down so I want to format my C: drive and install windows 8 on it again. However, will I loose my games that are stored on the E: drive. I know that I wont loose my Steam and Origin games as I've done this before and you can just recover them. I really don't want to loose the games stored on the other hard drives as its happened before and somehow these games need the C: drive to work. Is there anyway that I could backup some important files related to the games on the C; drive in order to install clean OS. Thank you for your help. Also I need this answer as I am thinking of installing a new SSD as my boot drive and don't want to migrate all the little files.

Most of those adapters are cheap but are made for Apple devices, will they work on AMD graphics cards?

I've currently got 2 monitors connected to my computer via a Dual-link DVI and HDMI. Because my 1440p monitor must use the dual-link DVI slot, I cannot use a DVI to VGA converter. However do mini display ports allow passive cables to give an analog signal such as VGA. I will only be using 1 monitor at a time and eyefinity will never be used, I have a 7970 with 2 DVI ports, HDMI and mini display port. I just want to be able to use my VGA 768p monitor sometimes for gaming. Thanks.

I recently have had to buy a new mouse because my old one became destroyed. However today I realised by opening the mouse, that I could just replace the cable to make it work again. Does anyone know the name of the cable that has a USB connector on one side and a 5 pin connector on the other.
