  1. With any condenser mic, you will need to supply phantom power to it. Dynamic mics, however, do not require phantom power but some of them, like the Sure SM7B require +50db of gain so, you'd need a preamp. Others like the Audio-Technica AT2001 and AT2005 will work without a pream. Regarding that particular mic, Neewer makes cheap products and it's a crap shoot whether or not it's going to last.
  2. The Audio-Technica AT2005 Dynamic mic. It has USB and XLR connections and an excellent cardioid polar pattern so it doesn't pickup room noise like a condenser mic will. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007JX8O0Y/
  3. I'm using an old hand-me-down Dell keyboard that came with my wife's work PC about 6 years ago. It sucks.
