It worked with the old one but after an update or god knows what it just didn't start up one day properly

So this is a problem that existed on my old hardware and new one, on the old it worked just fine but since I had a shitty mobo I could use it for anything but kept it on to monitor temps, but one day idk if because an update or something it didn't work only the Drives showed up and when I bought a whole new rig the only thing from the old one is the drives and it still keeps happening, I reinstalled the os multiple times but I does nothing. Or if anyone else any other program that allows to control fan speed based on gpu or case temp I would appreciate if you could share that information with me dear sir

A4-TECH KD-800L and it's flat like a laptops keyeboard and feels like a chinesee toy or something. It's so anoying it's hard to write on it, bought it because i was young and just wanted a cheap keyeboard with LED-s but it just pain now
