  1. It already is a PDF and shows fine before it's printed. I've printed this document from other printers recently and hadn't had any issues.
  2. Hey guys, I just got the Canon printer mentioned in the title and have noticed everytime I print a document it is printing it in a different font to the document. This also causes some letters to overlap with the font change. I've had a look through all the settings but can't seem to work out what's happening.
  3. Yeah all up to date. Just strange that I'm only getting this message the past few weeks but never seen it before that.
  4. Hi guys, Any ideas why I keep getting this come up on my note 9?
  5. I have only had it a few days so it's well within the return window. I think it's best to just return it rather than opening it up. Thanks for the help guys.
  6. I just got myself a HP Envy x360 15.6" (The AMD Rysen 3 one) and have noticed 2 issues that are concerning to me. First issue is a graphics glitch I have noticed. It seems to happen mainly while watching a movie or YouTube video. The screen will sometimes randomly flicker green, followed by the video and sound going in slow motion for a second or two several times either before the flicker or after. I have also noticed on YouTube that if I'm playing a video, scroll down to read the comments, then scroll back to the up to the video, when I get back to the top of the page the video box will flash green almost every time. The second issue is related to the fan (I believe) once the fan spins up above its slowest speed it begins to sound like the blades are hitting against something metal and becomes pretty noisy. I have already tried updating all the drivers, BIOS etc but with no effect. Any help would be appreciated!
  7. I'd prefer to buy new but I'm open to exploring all my options
  8. Hi guys, I am wanting some help picking a 2 in 1 for work/uni. I'm looking to keep it under AUD $1300. I will be mainly using this for uni assignments and for work (so just basic word, excel) and have a decent desktop for gaming already. Main things I am looking for is great battery life (preferably around the 8-10 hour mark), around 15 inch FHD screen and at least a SSD. I just don't want something that's going to be sluggish and slow. Thanks in advance!
  9. That's fine, but seeing this will give us a better idea on exactly what the issue is. I would guess that more ram would help improve your situation though.
  10. As asked above I'd love to see your task manager report for cpu/ram usage while using Chrome
  11. Is it running slow all the time or only while doing certain tasks (ie only while using Chrome)
  12. Looks fine. Only suggestion would be as already mentioned, modem should go straight to switch then everything else coming off the switch.
  13. Jump on the gigabyte website, find your graphics card and download and install the latest driver. Fingers crossed it's just because you don't have a proper driver installed yet.
  14. First thing I would try would be to update the graphics driver and see if that fixes the issue.
