  1. Does anyone know if GIGABYTE GA-AB350-GAMING 3 is any good? That is the AM4 mobo that is the closest (by price) to the suggested one (by @MVPernula)
  2. Why buy new if we can use an old one? Thanks for case suggestions. I guess finding the right mobo shouldn't be hard.
  3. Formally i5-3470 has one but I don't have much faith in it. Is it really good enough? I have a spare GPU for that (GTX 650Ti)
  4. You didn't get what I was saying. I intend to use old CPU for that compact PC. Using 8 core Ryzen for that us madness. =)
  5. Thanks for your suggestions. Using a mITX mobo is a good idea I didn't think of.
  6. Guys, I'm always having problems choosing hardware and more so finding it in stores. The problem with that is that a number of online shops like Newegg don't ship worldwide or to Russia in particular, or shipping costs up to $150. So if you are to share a link to a shop please check if I would be able to buy any thing there. Now the good part: I want to make a AMD Ryzen 1700X PC. Since I have never overclocked my computers I guess this could be a good start. I don't really know which mobo and cooler to use. Note: I have never used an AIO; it will help for oc but I'm not sure whether it will fit in my case. So I would like you to help me find a CPU + Mobo + cooler + 16Gb of RAM (I fancy any) combo for < $1000. For more tech-savvy of you this is an easy task. Now I have a bit trickier question for you. I'd like to use my old CPU, Mobo, ram, gpu and so on for a small living room PC. They are full-sized parts so... Do you know a small ATX case which you can fit on the back of a TV? Thanks for any recommendations.
  7. I can only suggest not using anti-virus. I personally don't use it. You can protect from any virus just with your common sense. I had a great performance boost after I abandoned using anti-virus.
  8. Haven't expected such a big difference.
  9. Falcon 4.0 You should get the BMS mod for that and you will have the best F-16 sim
  10. Well, there is nothing stopping me from buying it. Price quite matches the one in $$ fortunately. I can't really like to buy used bc there is literally nothing in my city and shipping is expensive as hell.
  11. That moto is a quite popular opinion. Thx very much.
  12. This bad boy had served me for 9 years already. It's the time for him to pass away. So I will have a smartphone for myself for Christmas. I'm not really into phones so I can't decide which one to choose. I want it to be: -) under 250$ -) with big battery -) size doesn't matter -) I don't mind Samsung's Amoled Can you help me? Anything can be useful.
  13. For some bizarre reason it's around 820$ here. Still thanks a lot.
  14. Set the monitors not in win settings because they are bound to screens, not ports. Use nvidia tool instead. Do you really need to unplug tv over and over? Isn't it easier to get a splitter of some sort?
  15. It's difficult to get anything refurbished here... And you will pay a lot for shipping. Sorry.
  16. Suggest what you think is appropriate. I want to have as many options to choose from as possible.
  17. @potatoproductionThanks very much. They look pretty good.
  18. 1) plug your tv in 2) open nvidia settings (rmb on desk) 3) open multiple monitor configuration setup 4) configure your screens
  19. My friend, who isn't very computer savvy asked me to help him being his very own laptop. I'm good at assembling computers but laptop market isn't really for me. So, can anyone recommend a laptop <770$? Thanks for help!
