Hi All,
I've had my pc for about 7 years and have only had this issue happening in the past 2-3 months with the only hardware change being adding 16gb of RAM (issue was happening prior to RAM upgrade).
When I'm playing games my pc will completely freeze and not allow me to do anything (no ctrl/alt/delete, alt/tab, nothing... no action done via mouse/keyboard does anything) and the only thing I can do is to restart my pc via power button. When it freezes I can still hear game music and discord, my mic does not pass through to discord, and I'm automatically disconnected from the match.
I originally suspected that one of my ssd's was failing so I moved my games to another drive but the issue persisted, I checked my ssd health and all are good, I performed a clean boot of Win 11 (kept local files) and the issue is still persisting.
After performing the clean boot of Win 11 I updated all drivers and ran a 10m Cinebench R23 test with no issues.
