  1. Same opinion here! They used to be decent, but lately....not that much. Gigabyte on the other hand seems to be doing good stuff.
  2. If you can afford, Taichi for sure, one of the best AM4 out there..

  4. Shame their VRMs on the Z390 are not the best. If you want a good bios, for overclock and very decent VRMs the Extreme 4 and or Taichi... depends on the budget you have.
  5. Did you try the latest bios update?
  6. Some changes, better CPU, better PSU and mobo.. But 1000$ you have a really powerful work and game performance. and 500$ to spend on monitors.

  9. Gaming or non gaming its all marketing. See features and feedback and if it's good... just buy it
  10. Thats right, the Gigabyte boards are one of the best for the Z390 chipset, but the Asrock line up is also pretty good and have the advantage of having amazing overclocking features and very good bios.
  11. If you do indeed want to overclock, then the Z390 Phantom. It's actually pretty good little board, very solid even more considering you will use the new gen intel 9K CPU that is pretty power hungry and it might even throtle if the VRMs reach a certain laod or temperature. Play it safe...
  12. A good board would be the Z370 Extreme, but since you want smaller factor the Z370 Pro4 is also a good option.
  13. You can buy a OS license cheaper, for around 20$ online legal. Get the 8 core ryzen instead...
